Terms And Conditions
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Before making a reservation or ordering food at a restaurant, it is important to read and accept the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions outline the policies that the restaurant has in place and any rules that customers are expected to abide by. By accepting the terms and conditions, customers agree to comply with all the policies outlined by the restaurant.
It is important to note that restaurants may update their terms and conditions from time to time. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and read the updated policies before making a reservation or placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or violates our safety guidelines.
Payment and Pricing
The payment and pricing policy outlines how customers are expected to pay for their meals and any additional charges that may apply. Most restaurants require payment to be made after the meal, either in cash or card payment. In addition, some restaurants may have a service charge policy, which is a fixed percentage added to the bill as gratuity for the staff.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We may collect and use your personal information for the purpose of providing our services and for marketing purposes. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
The liability policy outlines the responsibility of the restaurant in the event of any accidents or incidents that occur on their premises. This includes any injury or damage to property that may occur during a customer's visit. The liability policy typically has a disclaimer stating that the restaurant is not liable for any lost or stolen items during a customer's visit.
It is important for customers to understand the liability policy when dining out, especially when it comes to alcohol consumption. Restaurants may have a policy regarding the service of alcohol and the responsibility of the staff and customers in ensuring safe alcohol consumption.
La Taqueria reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
